- Thought Leadership: Mature the program through stakeholder feedback, industry best practices, and evolving regulatory expectations.
- Program Effectiveness: Oversee the effectiveness of the program, ensuring adherence to established metrics and confirming compliance to the mandate.
- Supplier Insights: Lead a forum to share key insights on critical and important suppliers and contracts.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central point of contact for other Enterprise Programs that impact the mandate.
- Standardization: Drive standardization across processes, tools, and templates needed to establish supplier management and supplier governance across the Bank.
- Team Leadership: Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative work environment that attracts, motivates, and develops team members.
- Education: University degree and postgraduate qualifications, or equivalent combination of education and supplier management experience.
- Expertise: Expert knowledge of supplier lifecycle management, procurement process, and sub-processes.
