At MasterBUILT Hotels Ltd., we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities
  • Ensure all areas of the hotel are clean and tidy, including public spaces and corridors
  • Restock linens, towels, and other supplies as needed
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the Executive Housekeeper
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning procedures
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 lbs.
