Job Summary

**CAN TRUCK TRAILER PARTS INC.** is seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Warehouse Operations Manager** to oversee the daily operations of our commercial facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our warehouse operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and facilities maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
  • Supply Chain Logistics: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods, including negotiating contracts and managing relationships.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including scheduling repairs and maintenance, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reports and statistics to track key performance indicators, including inventory levels, supply chain performance, and facilities maintenance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
