Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Gateway Auto & RV Sales & Financing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to meet customer needs.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
- Authorize payments by cheque and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Order merchandise and ensure that it is delivered to the sales floor in a timely manner.
- Authorize return of merchandise and ensure that all returns are processed efficiently.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all sales staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Sell merchandise and ensure that all sales are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to ensure that the sales team is performing at its best.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that the sales floor is always well-stocked.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that the sales team is working efficiently and effectively.
- Accurate and efficient in all aspects of the job.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent oral communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and staff.
- Permanent work term.
- English language proficiency.
- 35 hours per week.
