Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems
- Work with a wide range of technologies, including Ruby on Rails, to deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in agile development methodologies, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
- Contribute to the development of our company's technical culture, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues
- Review and provide feedback on code, ensuring high standards of quality and maintainability
Requirements
- Proven experience in software development, specifically with building web applications at scale and Ruby on Rails
- Ability to master new technologies quickly and work effectively in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment
- Demonstrated success in mentorship, particularly using agile processes and with large-scale SaaS products
- Experience working with large-scale systems and a diverse base of knowledge to help solve complex technical problems
