Postdoctoral Research Fellow in VLSI Circuit and Chip Development

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join our team in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Saskatchewan. The successful candidate will conduct high-quality research in VLSI circuit and chip development, with a focus on RISC-V related microcontrollers and Open FPGA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop VLSI circuits and chips for microcontrollers and Open FPGA.
- Conduct research in radiation effects in integrated circuits and develop new research initiatives.
- Prepare manuscripts for publication in high-impact journals.
- Collaborate with the research team to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. or equivalent research experience in analog and digital circuit design, mixed-signal chip layout.
- Experience in VLSI circuit design and knowledge in radiation effects in integrated circuits.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake independent research and work effectively as a member of a research team.
