Position Title: Associate Estate Attorney

Location: Calgary, AB (Kensington)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate current estate plans
  • Prepare wills, trusts, and various estate planning documents
  • Assist family law and business law departments
  • Perform legal research on estate planning matters
  • Help resolve estate-related conflicts
  • Keep organized client documentation
  • Advocate for client interests in court proceedings

Required Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor or LLB degree
  • 2-4 years of post-call experience in estate planning
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in a second language

Interview Process:

All candidates must submit references and writing samples prior to the interview. Background checks will be conducted before employment.
