Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Hellcrust Pizza Co Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train and develop our staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that they are ordered and received in a timely manner.
  • Hire and Manage Staff: Hire and manage our food service staff, ensuring that they are qualified and able to perform their roles.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, and that our customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
  • Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for our food service operations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that our operations are running efficiently.
