Global Study Director

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Global Study Director to lead and coordinate cross-functional study teams in the development of cell therapy and CAR-T clinical studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate study teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of clinical studies
- Contribute to vendor selection and operational oversight to ensure quality and regulatory compliance
- Develop and maintain study plans, including quality and risk management planning
- Oversee study-level performance and communicate risks and mitigations to the study team
Requirements:
- University degree in medical or biological sciences
- At least 3 years of experience in global study leadership and team leadership
- At least 7 years of clinical trial management experience
- Experience in CAR-T study management, including immunology and respiratory disease
- Extensive knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical research regulatory requirements
- Proven project management experience and training
