Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to prepare meat for sale.
  • Trim and prepare standard cuts of meat, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Remove bones from various types of meat with precision.
  • Prepare poultry by cutting it into appropriate parts.
  • Clean and prepare fish and shellfish for display and sale.
  • Cut fish into steaks and fillets to meet customer specifications.
  • Grind meats to create products such as sausages and ground beef.
  • Slice cooked meats for deli displays and customer orders.
  • Design and prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products to attract customers.
