Role Overview

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take charge of coordinating and overseeing soil characterization, rehabilitation, and environmental monitoring initiatives. You will represent the Earth & Environment Department and engage with a diverse range of clients across various regions.

Your role will involve direct interaction with clients, whether on collaborative internal projects or external engagements. You will receive support from a team of skilled professionals at all levels, allowing you to play a crucial technical role throughout the project lifecycle and contribute to the growth of our Environmental sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage environmental assessment projects and rehabilitation initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
  • Supervise characterization projects, facilitating collaboration among clients, regulatory bodies, team members, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Gather and analyze data, providing insightful recommendations based on your findings.
  • Oversee project budgets and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
  • Draft and review technical documentation and reports.
  • Engage in business development activities, including proposal preparation, and coordinate the efforts of technicians and professionals involved in projects.
Candidate Profile
  • University degree in Geological, Civil, or Geology Engineering or a related field.
  • At least five years of relevant experience in environmental characterization and rehabilitation.
  • Strong understanding of applicable legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to produce clear and concise reports and communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Fluency in French, with excellent writing skills.
  • Completion of health and safety training for construction environments.
  • Ability to thrive in multidisciplinary project settings.
