Job Title: Transportation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team at Apple Transport Inc.

Job Summary

The Transportation Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, including electronic schedulers and MS Office software
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Work Environment

The Transportation Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work

The Transportation Coordinator will work 35 to 40 hours per week.
