Job Title: Cellular Network Technician

We are seeking a skilled Cellular Network Technician to join our team at Mobile Care. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing cellular network equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair faults in cellular network equipment and systems
  • Install and configure new cellular network equipment and systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal network performance
  • Analyze test results and adjust system settings as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external customers
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:

Our team works in an urban area, and you will be required to relocate for this position. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and you must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
