About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team at TRIBULL LOGISTICS LTD. as a key member of our logistics operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the logistics operations team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Management: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervision: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, supervising a team of 5-10 people.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Security and Safety: Must undergo a criminal record check.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's license and vehicle supplied by employer.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, reliability, and efficiency.
