Job Summary:
Michael Page International Canada Limited is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to join their team. As a Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of industrial building projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining a high level of health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site operations, including coordinating and scheduling trades, maintaining site safety, and reporting progress to stakeholders.
- Oversee new build and addition projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
- Strong background in full-cycle light industrial and commercial project execution.
- Experience overseeing projects between 100,000 and 300,000 sq. ft. in scope.
- Excellent technical construction, software, and leadership skills.
- Relevant educational background in carpentry or construction/engineering.
- Strong track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
