Job Title: Technical Consultant

Bell is seeking a skilled Technical Consultant to join our Business Markets team. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to customers on voice solutions, including SIPT, Hosted IP Voice, and Contact Centre technology.
  • Design and configure solutions to meet customer requirements, ensuring seamless implementation and minimal disruption to their business.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to customers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use our solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions, meeting customer expectations and driving business growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of technical experience in a telecommunications environment, including knowledge of telephone networks and voice technology.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP Networks, Voice over IP, DHCP, VLAN, LANs, WANs, Ethernet, Routing, IP Applications, and Cloud.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple customer projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • CCNA certification is an asset.
