Key Responsibilities- Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
- Scan Items: Effectively scan merchandise to ensure accurate pricing and inventory management.
- Tabulate Total Payment: Calculate and collect payment from customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Stock Shelves and Clean Counter Area: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves and cleaning the counter area as needed.
- Greet Customers: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers, responding to their needs and concerns.
- Assist Theatre Patrons: Assist customers with seat selection and other needs related to our theatre services.
- Wrap or Place Merchandise in Bags: Efficiently package merchandise for customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor Entrances and Exits: Maintain a secure environment by monitoring entrances and exits, requesting proof of payment when necessary.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, handling heavy loads, and attention to detail.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
