As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing various kitchen items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Operating dishwashers to ensure that dishes, glassware, and flatware are thoroughly cleaned.
  • Sanitizing kitchen areas including work surfaces, cupboards, storage spaces, appliances, and equipment.
  • Handling and properly storing cleaning products to maintain safety standards.
  • Receiving, unpacking, and organizing supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
  • Disposing of kitchen garbage and trash to keep the workspace tidy.
  • Sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors to uphold cleanliness.
  • Washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits as needed for meal preparation.
