About the Role

Brand Momentum is seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining sections, including proper rotation, restocking, and ensuring distribution of all products at one retail store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform merchandising tasks at one retail store
  • Maintain sections, including proper rotation, restocking, and ensuring distribution of all products
  • Address and order any out-of-stock issues
  • Secure additional/incremental off-shelf displays
  • Clean sections, ensuring equipment meets food safety requirements
  • Replace and/or repair fixtures as required and place POP materials, including shelf tags and signage
  • Place product orders and work with suppliers to ensure orders are placed
  • Promote special buying opportunities, displays, and new products
  • Perform any necessary POG changes and make recommendations to maximize sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with department personnel and store management
  • Submit daily required visit reports/call reports

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs
  • Previous merchandising experience is an asset but not a requirement
  • Have a smartphone and access to the internet
