About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and caring Nanny and Household Caregiver to join our team at Cardinal Nannies & Caregivers Inc. As a Nanny and Household Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch childcare and household support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Childcare: Provide high-quality childcare to children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and school-age children.
  • Household Support: Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry, meal preparation, and household organization.
  • Education and Development: Support children's educational and developmental needs, including homework assistance and engaging in activities that promote learning and growth.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, including administering medication, handling emergencies, and ensuring proper hygiene practices.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless care and support for children.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in childcare and household support.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking and scent-free environment.
  • Work Setting: Employer's home.
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
  • Security and Safety: Vulnerable sector check and criminal record check.
