Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Helper to join our team. As a Construction Helper, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt, and performing routine maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the construction process, including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Perform routine maintenance work, including removing rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Support for Persons with Disabilities:
  • Provides physical accessibility accommodations, such as ramps and elevators.
  • Provides visual accessibility accommodations, such as braille and screen readers.
  • Provides auditory accessibility accommodations, such as transcription software and teletypewriters.
