About the Role

Aecon Infrastructure Management Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Construction Crew Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our heavy construction crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the construction crew, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities with other project supervisors or managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the work environment is safe for all employees.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Prepare production and other reports, as well as conduct pre-operational checks on equipment.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to work overtime as needed and will be expected to relocate for work assignments.
