About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Agent to join our team at Bombardier. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating supply chain activities, ensuring that our business needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers worldwide, ensuring effective communication and contract management.
  • Analyze business relationships and dynamics between suppliers and Bombardier, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Manage and coordinate supply chain activities, including inventory management, purchase orders, and change harmonization.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain formal networks internally and externally, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Act as a single interface with suppliers for new business opportunities, supporting sites and business units with sourcing strategies.
  • Coordinate and lead negotiations with suppliers, ensuring contracts are maintained in accordance with business requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in the aerospace industry, manufacturing environment, or program management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience in project management.
  • Strong team player with leadership and innovation skills, able to mobilize a team.
  • High proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong capabilities in operations and financial management.
  • Familiarity with Just-In-Time purchasing logistics, integrated supply chain, and lean manufacturing concepts.
  • Proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
