Job Title: Building Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Innovative Facility Care Inc.

Job Summary:

The Building Maintenance Worker will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, as well as handling and reporting lost and found items.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilities Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, as well as vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities and address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Housekeeping: Pick up debris and empty trash containers, as well as wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
Requirements:
  • Certifications: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Transportation: Own transportation and own vehicle.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to work independently, work under pressure, and stand for extended periods.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
