About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Planning Vice President to join our team at Hunter Express Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the company's strategic direction and ensuring the successful implementation of our business plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and direction to senior management and department heads.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of business plans.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to support business objectives.
  • Representation: Represent the company in negotiations and other official functions.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 11-15 people.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Preferred Skills
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organized, team player, initiative.
