Bakery Labourer Job Description

Fancy Pokket Corporation is seeking a skilled Bakery Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials with precision and efficiency.
  • Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Feed flattened boxes into forming machines to construct containers, adhering to quality standards.
  • Remove filled containers from conveyors, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers, paying attention to detail.
  • Feed and unload processing machines, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Check products and packaging for basic quality defects, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas, upholding a high level of cleanliness and organization.
Work Environment and Requirements:
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, requiring manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Stand for extended periods, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management, showcasing efficient interpersonal skills.
