Job Title: Product Development Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team at Robertson & Company Ltd. As a Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of various initiatives that help our customers achieve financial progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify product strengths and gaps.
- Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports to monitor key performance and growth metrics.
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop business cases by identifying needs, analyzing potential options, and assessing expected returns on investment.
- Define and implement business cases and strategic roadmaps for banking products and services.
- Support change management of varying scope and type.
- Continuously improve processes to identify issues and deliver excellent customer experience.
- Create the marketing and lifecycle strategy, including offers and campaigns.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services industry, and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of banking product management and associated industry and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with Power BI - being able to read and use (not making reports).
- Experience in executing customer strategies and value propositions, particularly those that required co-ordination and project management across the organization with multiple key stakeholders.
- Experience in end-to-end development and management of customer lifecycle campaigns – strategy design, execution and performance measurement.
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to analyze issues, consolidate learning to help in development of strategies and business cases.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous banking experience (Top 5 banks).
- MBA.
