Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Management Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Change Management Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving projects that shape the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on change management methodologies and best practices.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of organizational needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project buy-in.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Change Management or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in SAP modules and proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Certification in the Prosci change management methodology is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.
