Position Overview

Join Cebuchon BBQ II Inc as a Culinary Service Supervisor. This permanent role offers a dynamic work environment where you will oversee food service operations and ensure exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 to 44 hours per week
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
  • Training: Instruct team members on their job responsibilities, hygiene practices, and safety protocols
  • Recruitment: Hire and onboard new food service personnel
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that food and service meet established quality control standards
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit operational reports
  • Tray Assembly: Oversee the assembly of food trays
  • Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules for staff
Supervision Scope

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 11-15 individuals, including:

  • Food and beverage servers
  • Food service counter attendants and food preparers
  • Kitchen and food service helpers
Work Environment

The role is set in a fast-paced and sometimes noisy environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Physical capabilities include:

  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Extended periods of standing
  • Bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • Attention to detail
