Scheduler - Ganotec

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Scheduler to join our team at Ganotec. As a Scheduler, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects, and providing updates to key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, including resource allocation and critical path analysis
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and feasibility
- Provide regular schedule updates and progress reports to key stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate schedule risks and delays
- Develop and implement schedule recovery plans as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in construction scheduling, including experience with project controls software
- Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
