Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receiving Outfitter to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. As a key member of our Back Room Department, you will be responsible for receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and completeness of packages
  • Conduct physical counts of inventory and reconcile discrepancies with packing slips
  • Stock merchandise on sales floor and in backroom areas, ensuring accurate and efficient restocking
  • Perform tasks such as folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and re-hanging merchandise
  • Conduct general replenishment of all departments, including facing and hanging merchandise
  • Perform floor checks, including cleaning, updating pricing and signage, inventory verification, and ensuring security tags are in place
  • Assist with merchandise purges as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and move and handle boxes of merchandise
  • Steel-toed work boots required
  • Must be able to obtain a PAL license
