Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Demand & Supply will play a pivotal role in optimizing our planning processes. This position requires a strategic thinker who can leverage advanced systems to drive efficiency and accuracy in demand forecasting and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement a fully system-driven planning approach, ensuring effective use of SAP/APO/IBP functionalities.
- Maintain the integrity of master data and oversee the development of a Collaborative Demand Plan that aligns supply with demand.
- Conduct scenario planning and analysis to support decision-making, particularly in the Homecare sector.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams regarding supply chain gaps and demand requirements.
- Manage product transitions and new product developments through timely delivery of planning grids.
- Lead initiatives for SKU simplification and develop strategies for inventory management.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer service and logistics.
- Collaborate with finance teams to establish inventory budgets and projections.
- Adhere to company policies and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain, with a focus on Planning.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in data interpretation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
