The Production Operator is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our production lines. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure high-quality products and efficient production processes.
  • Follow all safety requirements and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure products meet customer requirements.
  • Record production metrics and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist the Production Supervisor in achieving scheduling requirements and rotating through different areas of the production line.
  • Perform equipment and area sanitation activities and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Provide on-the-job training to new employees and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous manufacturing and/or food production experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices in food production preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
