Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to fill the role of General Laborer / Maintenance Technician at our McDonald's restaurants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks to maintain and repair various aspects of our facilities, equipment, and systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.

* Assist with carpentry, painting, and other general construction tasks to maintain the appearance and functionality of our facilities.

* Perform minor renovations and installations as required to meet the needs of our business.

* Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and prevent malfunctions, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Requirements

* At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, such as general laborer, maintenance technician, or construction worker.

* Strong construction and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

* Ability to work at heights and lift heavy loads, with experience using power tools and hand tools.

* Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and air-conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in carpentry, welding, or other specialized trades.

* Certifications in construction or first aid.

* Familiarity with building codes and regulations.

* Ability to travel easily to our locations.

Work Schedule

* Part-time or full-time, Monday to Sunday.

Compensation

* $25/hour.
