Policy and Program Consultant

Seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to contribute to provincial direction in broader policy and program initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the Ministry, Saskatchewan Health Authority, and other provincial government ministries to support priority work.
  • Analyze complex health program and policy issues to inform decision-making.
  • Develop recommendations for addressing key policy and program issues.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of policy/program/project management methods, principles, and processes.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, enabling efficient information synthesis and timely decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of public policy development and healthcare administration.
  • Experience in policy analysis and development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Please note that this position requires participation in a shared on-call rotation and may involve travel within the province.
