Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Associate to join our team at Leber & Son Canada. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the warehouse, supply area, and office spaces to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Prepare and track work orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and materials.
  • Ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment as required.
  • Conduct driver's license checks and verify the validity of driver's licenses.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols, including the handling of hazardous materials.
  • Perform repetitive tasks, such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting, while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of productivity.
  • Assist with inventory management, including counting, tracking, and reporting on inventory levels.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and maintain attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
