Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to assigned commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client policies, claims, and correspondence.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to grow and retain commercial client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and product developments to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of client policies to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • RIBO license required.
  • 3-5 years of commercial lines experience.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial coverages, wordings, and products.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with EPIC experience an asset.
