  • Conduct product quality tests using ISO 17025 certified lab equipment, including compression strength, dimensional stability, facer adhesion strength, core density, and more.
  • Analyze processing data and efficiency reports to identify trends and areas for product quality improvement.
  • Lead projects to improve product quality and efficiency, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve processes.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • College degree preferred
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
