Role Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pet Ambassador to represent our significant pet brand and increase brand awareness and sales in the pet industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent our pet brand in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Interact with pets and their parents in-store and at events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store associates, store management, and pet parents.
  • Provide store associates with pet health, nutrition, and product knowledge to increase recommendations and sales.
  • Delight customers by sharing pet health and nutrition information and making personalized product recommendations.
  • Set up demos/displays as required.
  • Maintain and leverage client-provided material to engage associates and pet parents.
Requirements
  • Be a pet enthusiast who cares about pets, pet health, and pet nutrition.
  • Access to reliable transportation to get to and from multiple stores in your area.
  • Experience working with pets (preferred, not required).
  • RVT, AHT, BSc, or MSc in the pet field (preferred, not required).
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
