Job Title: Landscape Technician

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Technician to join our team at Thrive Landscapes Ltd. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of work in all aspects of landscaping, including tree trimming, pruning, and planting.

Job Summary:
  • Trim trees to achieve the desired pruning objective, including crown cleaning, thinning, raising, reduction, restoration, espalier pruning, and vista pruning.
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including automated irrigation systems, interlocking brick, ornamental ponds, fountains, and waterfalls.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
