Commercial Real Estate Attorney

About the Role:
Gpac is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Lawyer to join our team. As a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer, you will be responsible for working with private lenders to provide financing, drafting complex commercial contracts, and collaborating with clients, counsel, banks, accountants, private lenders, and team members towards a common goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in commercial real estate transactions
- Work with private lenders to provide financing for commercial real estate projects
- Draft and review complex commercial contracts, including purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents
- Collaborate with clients, counsel, banks, accountants, private lenders, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with changes in commercial real estate law and regulations
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a lawyer in commercial real estate law
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, counsel, banks, accountants, private lenders, and team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
