The Sales Support Associate plays a vital role in ensuring that Coca-Cola products are consistently available and well-presented in local retail environments. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the availability and presentation of products on store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers by efficiently transporting items from the backroom to the sales floor using manual or powered equipment, adhering to company standards for product display.
- Manage product sales and orders for existing accounts by assessing the product needs of stores and placing the necessary orders.
- Construct, modify, and dismantle product displays; maintain product signage; clean product areas; and secure any damaged or defective items.
- Organize backroom inventory by monitoring stock levels, identifying and reporting damaged products, repacking items, and managing backroom materials.
- Comply with all company and store policies regarding inventory management, product display, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting consumers and store staff with inquiries, product location, and support as needed.
- Lift, carry, and position products weighing up to 50 lbs (22 kgs) above shoulder height repeatedly without assistance.
- Operate manual and powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) to transport product loads for distances of at least 100 yards without assistance.
- Demonstrate fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination by grasping and manipulating various objects of different sizes and weights.
- Maintain the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work.
- A personal vehicle is required for use during work hours.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, free of major violations in the past three years.
- Current vehicle liability insurance is mandatory.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in grocery, retail, warehousing, or a related field; experience with manual or powered pallet jacks or certification; and experience working with minimal supervision.
