Key Responsibilities
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance on company vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Communication: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Transportation: Safely transport goods and materials to and from various locations, adhering to company policies and regulations.
  • Vehicle Operation: Operate manual transmission vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure and oil levels.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Licenses and Certifications: A valid Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles) is required.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires a physically demanding work environment, with a large workload and dusty conditions.
  • Personal Suitability: Strong judgment, organization, reliability, hardworking, and a valid driver's licence are essential for this position.
