Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with Customers: Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our technology products and services to identify and recommend referral opportunities.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead selling efforts for the technology and workspaces departments, and cultivate a selling culture with associates to achieve sales targets.
  • Quote Preparation: Prepare quotes on technology systems and related products as required.
  • Store Support: Provide coverage and assistance in all areas of the store where business needs require, including Tech Services.
  • Communication: Communicate sales information, inventory levels, and product issues to store leaders.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to company merchandising standards, including current pricing, signage, planograms, promotional planners, advertising set-ups, and displays.
  • Cash Handling and Safety: Operate cash registers, follow all loss prevention measures, and ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and associates.
Requirements
  • Technology Sales Experience: Proven experience in technology sales, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Leadership Experience: 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience with direct accountability for achieving sales and service targets.
  • Education: Completion of post-secondary education in a technical field is preferred.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Proven track record of achieving customer service excellence and sales results.
  • Technology Savvy: Strong knowledge of technology products and services.
  • Curiosity and Approachability: Curious and approachable with a passion for finding solutions.
