Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Clerk to join our team at CB Canada. As an Operations Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving operational issues, and ensuring the smooth flow of packages and shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Search for packages and resolve issues related to missing or damaged packages
  • Assist the dispatcher and operations manager in their tasks, including preparing reports and resolving invoice discrepancies
  • Verify, receive, and dispatch packages in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 1-6 months of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Experience in transportation logistics is an asset
  • Knowledge of Office suite, including advanced Excel skills
  • Bilingualism (intermediate to advanced) is required
  • Resourcefulness and ability to work under pressure
