Job Title: Retail Establishment President

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Establishment President to lead our retail operations and drive business growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, authorizing department establishment, coordinating regional work, and establishing organizational objectives. They will also represent the organization in negotiations and delegate representatives as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in operations management and sales, with excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations management and sales
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel
