Position Overview
The Sales Assistant collaborates closely with the Sales Management team to facilitate the oversight of sales inventory and administrative tasks.
Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $21.00/hour

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in the Automotive sector is advantageous
- Demonstrated success in a dynamic administrative environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
- Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding customer service aptitude with a commitment to exceeding expectations
- Proficient time management skills in a fast-paced setting
- Computer proficiency / Internet savvy - MS Office, Outlook, etc.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
Daily Responsibilities:
- Communicate vehicle selection, features, financing options, and dealership policies effectively
- Monitor online vehicle presence and status, adjusting schedules as necessary
- Receive and organize all automotive retail vehicles upon arrival
- Maintain pre-owned automotive inventory for easy access
- Coordinate reconditioning and vendor services for pre-owned inventory as directed by Sales Management
- Create and manage purchase orders for both internal and external clients
- Assist management in ensuring marketing initiatives and tracking tools are utilized effectively
- Develop and upload online vehicle advertisements across various platforms
- Oversee and update online vehicle advertisements to meet traffic goals
- Edit vehicle images as needed
- Generate advertisements for Auto Trader and upload images to ensure accurate vehicle information
