Position Overview
Commercial Lawyer with Pharmaceutical Expertise
- Draft, assess, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including Distribution, Licensing, Marketing, and Employment contracts.
- Offer legal insights on contract interpretation, associated risks, and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including business development, procurement, and regulatory affairs.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and legal changes impacting pharmaceutical commercial agreements.
