OVERVIEW:

Your role will involve supporting the Front Store Manager (FSM) in overseeing the human, physical, and financial assets of the store, ensuring that store goals are met by enhancing the product transition from the backroom to the sales area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

STORE OPERATIONS:

  1. Uphold Store Standards to enhance customer experiences, increase foot traffic, and positively influence store profitability.
  2. Collaborate with the Management Team to ensure Store Standards are consistently maintained, including in the backroom.
  3. Assist the FSM in managing labor schedules and utilize Work Force Management (WFM) to optimize labor efficiency.
  4. Ensure sufficient staffing levels to effectively run the business.

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT:

  1. Adhere to Human Resources Standards.
  2. Assist in recruitment efforts alongside the FSM, hiring for all departments, excluding Pharmacy.
  3. Maintain wage administration in line with established guidelines.
  4. Promote a positive workplace culture, engage staff, and inspire them by embodying our Core Values.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making abilities.

  1. Prior experience in retail management.

  6. Ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
