About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at MR. LUBE HAMILTON. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Financial Management: Manage the store's budget and ensure that financial goals are met.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Point of sale system, electronic mail, spreadsheet, and MS Outlook.
  • Security and Safety: Basic security clearance.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
